I need to get text transcripts from my minor son’s phone (his phone is connected to my T Mobile account) and can not figure out how or where to get this accomplished? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You will need his phone to see the content of the messages

T-Mobile does not keep text transcripts unless requested by law enforcement. If your son still has the messages on his phone, you will need to look at them on his device. If he has deleted them, they are more than likely gone.
