The T-Mobile app does not work with any prepaid device or account.
That's correct. Currently the app isn't available for prepaid customers. You'll want to use your MyT-Mobile.com for account related concerns.
Don’t feel bad I’m post paid and still can’t access it, I’ve even escalated to the tech team and twice not gotten it fixed yet.
