Unable to Connect Purchase Through MLB App

Every year I have greatly appreciated the MLB League Pass T-Mobile has offered. However this year after downloading I am unable to use the MLB TV on any other device other than my phone. When I go and try to connect the purchase to through the app it gives me error message indicating there are no purchases to connect. Additionally, my wife also tried to redeem the app through her phone and is getting the same error messages. Is there anything I can do? I would really like to use the app on other devices than my I-phone
