Perhaps, you need to enable popups on your browser when trying to access or you may need to type it into your browser manually.

As mentioned, enabling pop ups might help.  I would say the best place to start though is, with restrictions on cookies.  At the very lease, allow first party cookies.  I know a lot of sites nag about third, which shouldn’t be needed.  Which browser are you using?  Have you tried a different browser?

I have a similar issue connecting to netbanking.hdfcbank.com using T-Mobile home internet. The site works fine on my non T-Mobile LTE and other networks. Suggestions?

How to do that? I've tried multiple browsers but the net banking page doesn't open on any of them on T-Mobile home internet

It depends on the browser.  Settings, Site Settings is where to find those options in Brave and Chrome.  Edge, it's Settings, Site Permissions.

But nothing changed in my browser settings before or after the sites stopped working suddenly since mid June. I will try the option and update.

Updates to browsers can sometimes change the settings.  Also, sites can change their requirements to access them.

I checked Chrome and in the General Settings only “Block third-party cookies in Incognito” is enabled. Also I tried pinging the website (175.100.160.21) from command line and got a “Request timed out” message.

Another website having problems https://candi.canarabank.in/omnichannel/?
