Visual Voicemail not working properly IPhone

The visual voicemail feature on my iPhone is not working correctly. Is there a fix for this with T-Mobile? I just moved four lines over to T-Mobile and this is very disappointing to find out after-the-fact that I cannot use the visual voicemail feature.

You can of course use the voicemail feature! I just ported over from Verizon myself and I had to go to my iphones phone app, click on voicemail, and set it up once again. After i set it up it works fine!

iPhone 8 with ios 14 i have always used wifi calling at home (but also can get cell reception and keep cellular switched on). i always used to get visual voicemail but since ios 14 update i never got it.

Another question is, if my phone is off should VVM come through when i turn phone back on?
