Youtube & NetFlix don't work with T-Mobile cellular data. Connected to WiFi and YouTube + NetFlix started working. Please help.

Watching YouTube videos at the moment using T-mo data only. Not sure why you can’t

Did you make sure you enabled cell data for both apps? You can check by going to system settings and scroll down to each app setting.

i think its some odd ball issue with Apple..they seem to be the only ones running into this..mainly YouTube over mobile data..

 

i have zero issues with my Android phone.

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~

Well I think its a problem with Apple’s new privacy policies which prevents some T-Mobile tracking associated with the data. I think this problem happened to me around the time I updated to IOS 15 and no one has been able to fix it. The T-Mobile employees were baffled at multiple locations and, obviously, some decisions need to be made higher up that allow us to have data. Even though there is 5G UC, full bars, YouTube and any social media don’t work because there must be some trackers.
