How can I get an e-mail receipt and a notification of my payment as a prepaid customer?

Hello. today I was on my account and looking at the activity or bill pages. I had reviewed the completed purchase history, summaries, etc.

 

One of those on the list had an option to have it e-mailed to me. When I clicked to have it e-mailed to me, It was not e-mailed to me.

 

I would like to know why that option did not work, and why it might not have been e-mailed to me. I did, however, somewhere find an option to download a PDF of the paid bill for my records.

Prepaid plans don't have detailed billing.

Hello, please clarify. The website had an option to e-mail me the information. It did not e-mail me it when I requested it. It did have a PDF available which I downloaded of the paid bill. I also can take a screenshot of the payment after I pay it. I thought that they used to have some other option that was not electronic at some point.
