Auto pay banner after logging in.

Hello,When I log in there is a banner warning at the top of the page regarding auto pay $5 discount as below.NOTE the date is 2023,  is this a mistake or are you going to back charge accounts like mine that have been using a credit card.“Important: Starting June 22nd, 2023, only debit cards or bank accounts will be eligible for AutoPay discounts. If your payment method has been updated, no further action is necessary.Change Payment Method

Return Fee and TMOBILE has equipment

Spoke to supervisor Leti she stated that I missed the return deadline for a internet modem and I would be charged $230 for a non return fee. However they have the modem and are still charging me for. Backstory, I received a modem for replacement and it didn't work either. Several weeks later they sent a power cord which helped and I kept the original modem. I sent the replacement modem back a week or 2 later and they stated that I would receive a credit to my account for the return fee. Needless to say I'm still being charged for it after being told by 3 different representatives that it would be removed. I will be leaving TMOBILE this week

Regularly charged for undelivered text messages from T-Mobile short code 2519

Hi there, I am losing money from my T-Mobile prepaid service because T-Mobile sends automated text messages from short code 2519 every month, sometimes even twice a month.I have an old $3 pay by the day plan, where I am charged only on days I use my phone. I understand that receiving a text message is considered as “using” my phone. But in my case, the phone is turned off most of the time and I even selected the option to block incoming text messages for my line in blocking controls of my account to avoid being charged for unwanted text messages. Every day T-Mobile sends this automated message to my (switched off) phone (which I’ll never receive), $3 are deducted from my prepaid balance. That drained at least $18 out of my balance so far. For a long time I was not sure what causes this money loss and suspected a fault in the prepaid billing system.Then i noticed in the activity log of line details on my account, that text messages from 12519 were sent to my number and obvisiously cause

Money transfer lost?

I made a transfer from my bank account.I have a proof of payment.It was made on Dec 22nd (my billing period starts on 26th).On 25th I still didn’t c the balance so I had to make a 1-time payment.On 27th I still don’t c the balance.What’s happening?Is there an email to send my ‘proof of payment’ from my bank to TM?

 One my husband’s device it’s showing he has received 20 text messages from an android from may 10-June 5 however on the bill from may 10-june 5. It’s showing 50 messages. So my question is why are there more messages reflecting on the bill then on his device. Is this a problem you typically see with android to to iPhone?

Extra $15.00 monthly fee

I have had a plan with T-Mobile since 2017.  They started charging me an extra $15.00 a month because I won’t give them access to my checking account for my monthly bill.  Does anyone else have this same charge?  It seems crazy to me.  Wondering what others are thinking about this.

getting overcharged!

I set-up a auto-payment arrangement . However It didn’t go through!?? And now i am being charged  my bill total (plus) late fees of $20 each line. And it is frustrating me! Suspended lines and total due was $196 and NOW $250 plus tax. Please advise.

T-Mobile is making me an alcoholic.

I have used auto pay on and off . In April I signed back up with autopay. I received a text message in May saying my autopay went through for 108.90My plan is 50$ month I always end up paying 54.45 with taxes ETC . 54.45 x 2 =108.90 so I I texted customer service and we all know how that goes, FOR OVER AN HOUR. Then I called customer service and we all know how that goes. THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE OVER 3 HOURS. I was told that I could not get that money back until I paid again that day. So you double billed me, you won't give me that money back until I pay you another $54.45.?I got on the website and unenrolled in autopay. Then I paid the $54.45 total. Then I disputed it with my bank. I just was looking at my bank account two days ago and it has been credited back to T-Mobile. I want my money back. I have paid every month. Including the one that I was double billed for. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm definitely not GIVING TMobile $108.90 for free. ​​​​​​They used to email me when I

Prepaid Hotspot return

On April 18th, I purchased a prepaid Hotspot with a SIM card and paid $156.22. Additionally, a line with the number 5715469181 was assigned to me without my request. Even though I never used the line, I was charged $43.54 for the line fee, and I believe I closed the line on April 22nd. The Hotspot device did not work from the moment it arrived.During a customer service call on either April 22nd or 24th, I was informed that the line was not a data line but a regular phone line, and therefore, I could not use it with the Hotspot device. I requested to return everything, and since then, I have made 5-6 phone calls, but I have not received the necessary UPS label to return the Hotspot device, and my refunds have not been processed.

Paying for a few months early?

Hello. I just have T-Mobile Internet. The wifi gateway device. I have tried searching online and on this forum. Is it possible to pay a few months at a time early? Like I would want to pay up for at least the next 3 months. I couldn't find an answer online, so any insite would be helpful. I don't see why this wouldn't be allowed..but I wanted to make sure. Thank you.

Tmobile Warranty not getting customer service help since January!

I had a zfold placed with tmobile warranty, and returned utilizing their packing package and label on time! Tmobile is still tying to bill me for the phone. Spoke with customer service and they adjusted the account and told me everything is taken care of and we should be charged.In April we started getting a bill for the warranty replaced phone, don’t they have a record keeping of notes or read their notes because I have to keep repeating myself especially after hours with outsources services. They mentioned our account will be investigated, they will disable our autopay and we just will need to pay for our monthly bill for now until they get back to us!No one got back to us May we get another bill now it is a late billing notice for the phone, contacted tmobile again after hours, Rozz from customer service gave me the run around and try to have me acknowledged a payment plan! Excuse me this needs to be investigated and taken cared of under TMOBILE warranty! She said this case will be

T-MOBILE CHARGED ME A BILL THAT IS NOT REFLECTED IN MY STATEMENT

Back in November 2023, I moved my T-Mobile consumer account to the T-Mobile RMSD account. The company I work at offered carrier discount for their employees by moving from a consumer account to an RMSD account. This got my bill cut down from $162 to $37 dollars. Somehow, I got charged both $162 and $37 dollars in December 2023. I called T-Mobile regarding the situation and they said they fixed it. Unfortunately around March 2024, I received a mail saying I haven’t been paying my $162 bill from T-Mobile. I got charged for January, February, and March. To my surprise, they said they are going to give that charge to the collections. In my end, when I logged into the T-Mobile website/App it shows me in my statement that I am only charged $37 for the month of December 2023 to March 2024. I have no idea where the $162 dollars each month in my account came from because the $162 was not reflected on my bill statements. It has affected my credit badly. I am really upset about this because I pay

Prepaid top up with Irish card not accepted, but a random list of countries are accepted?

Hi, in the past I was able to use my Irish credit/debit cards to top up my T-Mobile prepaid account. This seems to have disappeared, and now there is a random list of countries whose cards are accepted for payment. My country, Ireland, is not on this list, although other Eurozone countries (Finland, France, Germany, Italy) are. Does anyone know why this changed, and is there any way for me top up using one of my own Irish cards, rather than asking a friend in one of the accepted countries to top up for me?Thanks in advance.

AM I BEING CHARGED FOR 911 TWICE ON MY BILL?

At first glance, it looks like I have two surcharges on my bill for 911.  One charge is for .55 cents and the other is for $1.10.  They both come under my address which is repeated twice. Is the lower fee the cost of this  service per line and the other the total cost of  $1.10 because I have more than one line?   The TRS surcharge looks the same way.

Promotional Card

I had two promotional cards for the same amount on each. The first one, I used ¾ of the card, and the representative couldn’t find it. So, we used the second card for less than ¼ of the total amount. Then, it occurred to me, is it possible to divide a card between two separate payments? If it isn’t, I need to pay this bill out of my account and save the promotional card for later!It sure would have been nice if the agent would have told me this, if it is the case. Because even locating the card was difficult--much less understanding if it can only be used one time. That wouldn’t be fair.

ATM Debit card number being stolen from the T-Mobile Auto pay site

Is anyone else having their ATM card number stolen from the T-Mobile site on Auto-Pay ?? For 2 Consecutive months now I have had to get a new card issued - the only website / autopay I entered the Newly issued card number on was T-Mobile !  Within 1 month of entering the new number it was attempted to be used again and was caught by the Bank as Fraud
