One my husband’s device it’s showing he has received 20 text messages from an android from may 10-June 5 however on the bill from may 10-june 5. It’s showing 50 messages. So my question is why are there more messages reflecting on the bill then on his device. Is this a problem you typically see with android to to iPhone?
I discountinued T-mobile service this February and moved abroad, but I received the bill with outstanding balance of $117.36. I spoke to an agent over a month ago and she noticed the balance and mentioned that the amount will be transferred to my bank account provided. The balance was never transferred, and I called again on June 6th. The agent was not able to locate the balance now and kept on asking for my PIN. I no longer have T-mobile phone number and my past PIN would not work. Please let me know how I could receive this payment you owe me. My email address is email@example.com
I turned in my old Iphone 10 in September 2022 for a IPhone 14 and was supposed to get a $400 credit. Every month I am forced to call the support number to get the $16.67 credit ($16.67 x 24 mos = $400) because the phone turned in was never applied correctly to my account. I just spent 43 minutes on the phone this month while the person read 9 months worth of notes and told me “THEY” would be able to resolve the issue. HaHaHaHaHa…. except its not funny…. and they were not able to resolve it. I’ve tried the cancellation department twice in the past and was ASSURED the problem was solved. NOT!! Does anyone know of anyone who works at Sprint/TMobile that can override the robot that in the middle of the night “denies” the request for the credit to be applied to my account each month automatically without me having to call in each month? I would forever be greatful!
We spoke to a sales rep in the Brandon Town Center store, mid-December, (who conveniently no longer works there). They promised us that if we switched from Verizon they would give us $1000 dollars toward paying of our phones, and they could drop our phone bill from ~$315 / month to around $120 / month with an unlimited plan. That a business account would be better since we needed three (3) lines. That we would have to wait for the new customer period to finish and then we would get our money. That we could also qualify for a Veterans discount (I'm a Vet) to make our bill even lower. All lies. It's been 6 months and we still haven't received our reimbursement for the phones we were still paying for at Verizon. They said the bill will be a little higher than normal for the first month just till all of the billing catches up and then it will drop to the regular rate. We kept checking with T-Mobile waiting for the Prepaid cards with our money and the bill be dropped to about $100-$120.
My bank account was a victim of fraud in early May. T Mobile, been Sprint customer since 2004, was auto pay for the entire time. Well, the auto pay was not updated, my fault, but I was charged a 30 FINE for not paying it. One day afterwards. No phone call, no email, nothing.. You are a comms company, is this FINE legit for a late fee? 30 Dollars?
On my detailed bill, one place the date / time explanation in a little box states that the time is at the location of the mobile device. In a different area, much further down the detailed bill and following the 2nd number on the account, it says the time referenced to Pacific Time. Can someone explain the difference? Why would the time be different than anywhere that the mobile device is. For the Pacific time explanation, I found that after all of the text and data messages shown for that 2nd number on my account.
I got the new gateway on April 18 cancelled the old line sent the old gateway back still was charged for the whole month after I cancelledThe old number then got a bill with 33.64 for the month that they gave me the last 20 days I paid for after I paid fifty$ for ten days use I paid under protest
I hate the ecological impact of TMobile listing all the phone numbers on the FIVE lines I have. It’s an insanely large bill and I hate the thought of the trees being felled for it, etc. Plus, I don’t need it! Is there a way to opt out of this? And no, I don’t want to go paperless. I have a valid reason that I don't want to get into here. I just need to know what I’m being charged for each line. Any suggestions?
I am a prepaid customer. Not I want to get my prepaid receipt/bill with my address for applying my driver license. But I cannot find anywhere to get it. Is there any other ways to get the receipt or bill? If not, how can I change my prepaid plan to postpaid plan? I just want to get a telephone bill/receipt to show my address to DMV.
Hi, I made a payment for my prepaid T mobile account few days back. I got an email notification saying my payment has been made, however, there is no place I could get a receipt for the payment made. I spoke to the payment agent and he said there is no way T mobile could provide a receipt for payments made for recharge account. I'm surprised that in USA that T mobile could charge my card and still not provide receipt. Could any of you folks help ? My expenses are borne by my employer and I need a receipt for every payment made. Failing to do so will result in me paying for the expenses. Kindly help.
I have some phones on prepaid plans for relatives. I will be needing to cancel them soon. A couple of them have balances in the accounts. Will those balances be returned to me when I cancel or will I just lose that money? Answer from a T-mobile rep would be welcome.
I’ve been with T-mobile for a long time and with the prepaid for 9 or 10 years now. I’m getting text saying I need to upgrade my phone because of 5G. Went to my local T-Mobile waited an hour and was told I need to come here to the site to see if I can get the free phone upgrade just because I’m on prepaid plan. Things have been pretty hard and I don't have money to upgrade anything. So does that mean I just lose my phone service at the start of July? That would really suck I have so many health problems I talk to my doctors the most. Hoping someone can answer my question.
