Why is Sprint charging my deactivated account?

I have moved to Canada where Sprint is not available, and switched carriers ages ago. I don't have the SIM card or really any of the security crap they would like me to have when I call them. I finally had the right to deactivate my account in "my sprint" after Tmobile acquired them. At the time I paid off the $60 bill remaining on my account and assumed i was done with them.Today my parents found a letter from a collector looking for $130. I check my account and sure enough they have been billing me since October, and up to May when my USA bank account was finally closed. An someone please tell me what I'm missing here? Why have I been getting charged for months on a dead account?

charged for the returned old phone, please help how i can get my money back?

i got a new phone and returned the defected old phone in a box with printed return-label by T mobile. They have still charged me for the returned phone almost 790$. I contacted t-mobile via chat, and complained, they issued me a complane reference ID. But never heard back from them, did not get my money back. I chatted several times, but every time the T-Mobile agent looks like never seen any complain from me. It is awful, it is a lot of money and I can't ignore. Please somebody share his/her experience and tell me how got the money back?. Thanks.

DOUBLE CHARGED

I have TMobile home internet. Autopay, $50 a month, on the 3rd of the month. No issues until August. I was charged 53.13 on the 24th. Then my regular autopay of 50 on the 3rd of September. Then another 53.13 on the 24th. Repeat in October. $50 on the 3rd, and now 53.13 on the 24th.NO ONE can explain what is going on. I am tired of an extra 53.13 being automatically withdrawn from my bank. I am DONE with T-MobileSeems like I am seeing similar questions with no resolution.BYE!

OVERCHARGED AS A FAMILY PLAN WITH ONE LINE!!!!

So I called T-Mobile to see about lowering my bill. I have been paying $140 with a discount of -$10 for auto pay. I find out tonight that I have been paying for a family plan with ONE single line SINCE MAY!!! If we do the math here, that is 275 extra dollars T-Mobile has charged me since May. The lady said I should only be paying $85 for one line. When you do the math that’s where the $275 comes in. If you do a little bit more math that $275 equals out to a few bills. I do not feel I should be charged for the next couple of months.  I have been with T-Mobile over six years. Now I wonder how many times they’ve overcharged me and took advantage of a customer that has been loyal to them.

Why is T-Mobile messing with their customers?  This is not okay.  What ever happened to knowing what your bill is every month?  I am VERY dissatisfied.  Looking for a new carrier.  This is complete BS.

GETTING OVER CHARGED AND NO HELP!!!!

I recently checked my account and found out I’ve been paying for “lease” option on a phone I own so I called customer service and explained and they agreed it’s a mistake and put me on hold, after 15 minutes she came back and said because I haven’t been looking at my bills theyre only going to refund 2 months back and wont be able to do anything else. I found it ridicules and asked for a manager, I waited 1 hour and 32 minutes until they hung up the phone. The rep basically told me they wont do anything and their manager wont do anything else too. This is absolutely ridicules and the fact that no manager was available to talk to me made me more upset. They made me wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to just hang up on me. T Mobile you suck and I will continue talk about how terrible you guys treated me. Switching to AT&T ASAP.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/HORRIBLE COMPANY I have been fighting with TMoblie since January about an illegal account that their store manager (who has since been fired) set up In November because it was the only way she could figure out how to handle my free upgrade. The new account was supposedly a "place holder" of 4 lines for my current 4 lines to merge over to. Unfortunately the "merge" never happened and TMobile began to not only continue charging me for my existing 4 line account but began charging me 4 line "place holder" account. After 5 months of arguing with them, (100s of hours in person, chat, phone etc.) I was finally advised by my bank to close the cc account as the only way to stop them from continuing the monthly charges. They still owe me over $1000 for payments on the "place holder account" and are now billing ME for $1400+ ADDITIONAL fees as they said I owe them money on the "place holder" and for the phone because the upgrade was tied to that same account! HUGE compa

Shared Account Help Solve Please

So I have a line with my old roommates. My bill on my line say $77.58, but the account owner says I owe more than that because there is the "main" fee that has to be split. If that is the case, why does my Tmobile app say I only owe $77.58? Am I getting scammed here?

Experts give False Information

On the 18th I had a failed payment of 125.00 I called on the 20th at 12:12 am to speak to someone about the missed payment I explained that I was not able to make the payment at that time if I had any options because I did not want to receive the disconnection fee. After a 15 min call I was informed that I would have until the 22nd to make the payment and would not have my services interrupted. On the 21st my services were interrupted and charged a 60$ restoral fee. Called to make a complaint and provided all the call information so they can review the “monitored call for training” and was not able to get the fee reversed even after I was informed by the T mobile expert who made the guarantee.  After speaking to Daisy in customer service and the supervisor Cassandra I see that the guarantees are false and the guarantees do not mean anything. Very upset 4 year customer.

Did a TMobile employee steal a returned iPhone?

So, I tried a new iPhone for a week. Decided I'm too used to the Android to keep the Apple. Spoke to 611 about returning the iPhone. The return package was sent to me. I sent back the iPhone. UPS tracking confirms the iPhone was received. But here I am still calling 611 wondering why the iPhone is on my account and I'm paying for it.

being overcharged on a 24 month payoff plan?

Has anyone else been charged more than 24 months on a 24 month payoff plan? I am now being charged several months past the 24 months and still have a balance! As you can see below I am paying installment 27 of 24 this month. Something seems very odd.HandsetiPhone 13 ProInstallment 27 of 24 - Balance: $146.57

Anyone else get their autopay account credit card hacked?

 I use a specific credit card for this T-mobile, because every year, the card information gets stolen, and then months later hear that T-mobile got hacked.  It just happened again tonight, just a few days after my bill was autopaid.  Everyone keep an eye on the credit card you use here, just in case.

Felt like I was a liar and cheated

I noticed that lately my T-Mobile was getting higher and higher. But really didn’t pay to much mind to it till finally I noticed that it was dramatically high this month’s bill. When I finally pulled my detailed bill report I noticed that all my phone lines have gone up each by $5. Which I have 11 lines with them, so it adds up. I called the customer service line and wanted to speak with a representative because every time I had a rep. verify my lines on the store or over the phone, they said my account looks good and there is nothing wrong with it. When I called the rep on April 2nd I told her that I wanted to go over the bill line by line. After reviewing my addons, I asked her why it looks like I am getting billed for an extra $5 per line. She had to place me on hold and figure it out because she even did not know. That’s when she mentioned that my autopay discount changed and when I asked why then yet again placed me on hold because she did not know why. After about 7-10 minutes la

My monthly Internet bill was incorrectly charged.

Why was I charged $55 even though I provided my payment account information and applied for autopay when I first opened my home internet service?I first opened a new Internet connection through T-Mobile Home Internet Chat, and if you look at the records, you will see that I applied for Autopay and provided my payment account information. Please check and return $5.

Can a billing dispute with my bank impact my service?

I requested a payment reversal about 60 days ago, and T-Mobile has failed to rectify the situation despite claims that the refund was added to my account the day the reversal was requested. Despite contacting T-Mobile and my bank on multiple occasions, there is no refund in my checking account. I’ve tried multiple times to get the issue fixed, but nothing seems to be working when I go through T-Mobile, so I’m considering going through my bank. My only issue is that I am worried this can impact my service if there is a chargeback on my account. Is that possible?
