T-Monile Chat Giving Bad Info

Anyone else having issues with T-Mobile chat just saying whatever to get you off the chat? I had this conversation where I was told my bill would be 92 going forward, and that it would be applied permanently so I wouldn’t have to deal with it every month. Then when the next month rolls around, the bill of course changes, and they say “nope, we won’t honor that, even if the chat history shows that you were told that”. The one this month just said “nope, we won’t honor that, I’m disconnecting the chat”. 
 

In case you were wondering, they indeed don’t have an initiative to honor quoted prices
