Why am i being charged a returned payment fee?

I'm being charged a 30 returned payment fee. And I don't even know what this is for. I risk having my service suspended if I don't pay it. What do I do?

Did you purchase something from a T-Mobile Store or through and returned it?  Did your payment process successfully when made or when auto pay triggered?
