After years as a T-Mobile (and previously Sprint) customer, I realized that my card is double charged EVERY SINGLE time I pay online.For the last 3 months I've been paying cash in-store to combat this shady, underhanded practice.This new $5.00 fee is just the kick in the butt I needed to switch carriers.So, thank you greedy !

Inquiry Regarding Unlocking iPhone 15 Pro Max and Monthly Bill Credit

Dear T-Mobile Customer Support,I am writing to inquire about the process of unlocking my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which was purchased on September 15, 2023, through a 24-month installment plan with a monthly credit.Due to frequent travel to Europe, I am interested in unlocking my phone for international use. I am aware that, in order to unlock the device, I need to pay off the remaining balance in full. I am willing to settle the full amount to proceed with the unlocking process.However, I have received conflicting information from different sources within T-Mobile regarding the continuation of the monthly bill credit that was part of the original offer. When I visited a local T-Mobile retail shop, I was informed that paying off the remaining amount would result in the loss of the monthly credit for the phone. On the contrary, when I contacted Customer Support, they assured me that the monthly credit would still be applicable even after the remaining balance is paid off.To clarify my underst

I need help with my account

I had an unfortunate event occur and I do not know what to do, the light company pulled a double payment out of my account and has caused alot of issues with myself and I was trying to set up an arrangement but it selected the wrong dates also my phone has broken and I am working on trying to buy another one but right now I have limited access to it as it turns off periodically, please is there any way to reset my arrangement as I will not get this situated till the 15th which is friday please let me know.

Why T-Mobile still charged me after i paid payment arrangement before its due ?

Hi !So, I setup a payment arrangement and then I paid the first,half before the due date and TMOBILE still charged  me ? Does the company not understand that people are living paycheck-to-paycheck. Life happens ! Having a phone is mandatory in today's world because every service demands it ?  ANYWAYS!!! I did call customer service and the rep  said " it's best not to make partial payments /pay anything ,  if you set up a payment plan because the system will not cancel it. " And THEY DID NOT REFUND ME EITHER FOR THE DOUBLE CHARGE. They just applied it to what I owed. Mad slick . Then also, Even tho I put a block on TMOBILE they still somehow got around and finesse their way to double charge me. I remember when , any payment made would cancel a payment arrangement.

How do we get T-Mobile to refund us when we cancelled our account?

I cancelled my account in March. Since then, I have $86.51 to receive from T-Mobile. I keep calling, going to stores, talking via chat. They keep sending me bills saying it will be deposit on my credit card or, the latest, I sent approval to send to my bank account. Every month is the same story - we will refund you on the 12th. Every month I don't receive a dime. What can I do to have my $86.51 dollars back? Thanks!!

Why are we being penailzed for paying with a credit card?

T-Mobile already took away the $5 discount that I had for auto-pay, and now will add a $10 penalty if I do not give them a debit card or bank account!!! This is daylight robbery and I am very disappointed in these tactics. I have been with T-mobile since 2006, now I will probably have to change providers. The $10 increase is more than any credit card company charges fees for processing a transaction. Really T-Mobile???

when i switched from Verizon, I was told TMobile would reimburse me for my phones. No help at all so far

I’m so upset right now. We switched to TMobile in January from Verizon. One of the reasons we went ahead and switched was because they said we’d be reimbursed for the phones we were taking with us from Verizon. We submitted the forms, jumped through the hoops, and then were told it would be up to 8 weeks and we’d get a prepaid card or some sort. It is now almost May and I’ve heard nothing so I checked the account. DENIED! Why???? No one ever told us there was a possiblilty that we’d just be stuck with the bill. We never would’ve switched under these circumstances. And customer service….try talking to someone. Does anyone have any advice?

T-Mobile Mastercard Fiasco

Don’t have a promotion if you are not going to honor it. I did everything right the first time I submitted for the Mastercard promotion, but the associates at T-Mobile did not know to give me the $30 line; they did a $20 line on the tablet (are they trained to do this? I doubt it, just no communication within the company), so I was denied, but I was given no notification of this denial because that is not a thing. When I checked in a month later, I got over-the-phone help to change my line to $30 so I would qualify. In spite of the erroneous message below, I submitted all of the same required documents (which is a really clumsy way to do it in this day and age), and now I am denied for being too late asking. You can probably guess all of the expletives I am thinking right now in regard to T-Mobile. The images I sent were fine the first time. The receipt is from Apple, so it cannot be an invalid store. This is T-Mobile’s fault with their initial incompetence in establishing a line for t

Keep and Switch offer - are there strings attached ?

 Let's say I have a phone under contract with AT&T with a $800 balance.If I switch over to T-Mobile as part of the "keep and switch" offer, would I get a $800 prepaid card with no strings attached?Do I have to keep service active with T-Mobile for a particular time duration for the line I am switching over, or anything like that?

refer a friend nightmare

so I had two friends switch over to tmobile within the last month and I tried to do the Refer A Friend program but I kept getting a error message stating I need a qualified account.  Per the program terms and conditions I thought it stated the following... however I was told because I have a payment arrangement that disqualifies me.  I don't think that's far I was part of hurricane Irma and I cant help I need an arrangement at least my account isn't suspended.  who can I call about this?  Do anyone have corporate number?  I really don't think this is right.Program Terms & Conditions1.  Please read this carefully:  Can I pay my regular Tmobile bill/account with a prepaid Tmobile refill card? For example, if I have a $50 prepaid Tmobile refill card can I put this amount or card towards my phone service that is billed on contract? NOT towards a refill type Tmobile account? I need to pay my normal tmobile bill.

Anyway to appeal this?

We were told at the store when we switched to T-Mobile that we qualified (or rather our plan qualified) for a bonus (reward) of two pre-paid virtual Mastercards.  The sum quoted was a great bonus and we even bought new phones. Now the virtual cards have been denied (see below). I’m so annoyed I’m thinking of paying off the phones and switching to another service. I received notification taht my number has been cancelled, hjave no idea why. Now I cannot log on because the number is not recognized.I have quite a bit of cash on the prepaid card.the phone numbers listed on website and app do not work from Europe.There is No way to contact TCom otherwise … OR??? Verizon Phone Payoff

I transferred in a line from Verizon with a balance still on the phone from Verizon.  T-Mobile offered to pay it off.  I’m trying to figure out where to go to initiate this payoff transaction.  I guess they send me a prepaid card for the balance or something like that.

First Billing Cycle

Hello T-Mobile,I have switched to the All One Plan on 1/16/2018 and I have received a text saying my first auto debit will take place on 2/6/2018 for service from 1/17/2018 -2/16/2017. I spoke to a representative and was told my following auto debit will happen on 3/7/2018 for the service from 2/17/2018 – 3/16/2018, which makes sense. My question is, why am I being debited on the 2/6/2018 and not on 2/16/2018 as is when the full cycle of 30 days is completed. It seems like I am going to be paying a full month of service cost for only 20 days of service used on my first bill 2/6/2018. I know this is a postpaid and not a prepaid plan. Please advise.
