T-Mobile offers a variety of discounts to it's customers. I switched to T-Mobile in June 2022 from another phone service as I became certified through FEMA as a first responder. I'm also a service member in the military reserve. After a year of service I was prompted to certify my status as a first responder. The document wasn't accepted through the third party verification. I have two lines with T-Mobile which were switched to a different service plan as a result.
I have asked to be verified for the military service discount instead of first the first responder discount. All the documents I have sent were denied for "name not matching, or document not on accepted document list/not a valid document, or date of document not current". All the responses were sent back witin 3 minutes of my requests. ID.me hasn't responded to my emails for additional support. Currently I am paying an additional $40 per month and have downgraded service features.
