I am so disappointed in T-mobile!!! 
first I suspended my home internet because I was moving. Suspended in April only to find that I’ve been getting charged the past 3 months for service. When I called they said I was only being charged for the upcoming month but they will credit the bill to cancel out the charge. STOP there!!!! Who authorized putting my home internet back on my bill??? Why did they lie about it only being on next month’s bill??? When you go line by line it gets worse! Long story short they are sneaky and do whatever they want! Why do you think the push paperless billing??? I think this is one example of a bigger problem. I urge everybody to check your bill. I have contacted a lawyer and BBB and will sue them to prove a point! They have stolen my $, caused endless aggravation, caused financial strain, and have made resolution near impossible to achieve. Switch immediately if you can, I know I will
