T-Mobile lied about switching plan Their customer service is the worst, they gave out wrong information. Either they are lying or not trained at all.
They asked me to switch over to the new plan 5GoPlus to get new phone after 20 years of being Tmobile customer. All hell break loose from there. My bill went up to 284$ for only 4 lines comparing to 180$ before. I have called almost 10 times to resolve the issue. EVERY SINGLE TIME, the representative and even supervisor lower my plan rate without lower the bill. They fixed it and now I don’t have internet, or as they called it “slower speed”.
So please don’t trust what they tell you over the phone anymore, have everything in writing and switch carrier ASAP.
