I bought an iPhone with a T-Mobile trading deal credit. When we signed the agreement, I was supposed to pay $20.21 per month for 24 months. After 10 months of receiving credit, T-Mobile has now informed me that they will no longer provide the credit because my plan does not qualify, even though I have never changed my plan since opening the account with T-Mobile. Is this a scam or what is going on?

Additionally, I asked them to return my trade-in phone since they are no longer giving me credit. Why are they keeping my old phone if they are not providing the credit? the customer service has been rude, unhelpful, and even hung up on me without addressing my concerns or providing a solution.

File a BBB complaint.  You will be able to have someone from management team(s) contact you, and possibly resolve - this will also be viewable by the public on BBB.
