I’m so upset right now. 

We switched to TMobile in January from Verizon. One of the reasons we went ahead and switched was because they said we’d be reimbursed for the phones we were taking with us from Verizon. 

We submitted the forms, jumped through the hoops, and then were told it would be up to 8 weeks and we’d get a prepaid card or some sort. It is now almost May and I’ve heard nothing so I checked the account. 
DENIED! Why???? No one ever told us there was a possiblilty that we’d just be stuck with the bill. We never would’ve switched under these circumstances. 

And customer service….try talking to someone. 

Does anyone have any advice?

contact TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter. you start with tier 2 support. just make sure to send them a DM(Direct Message) and not post on their main pages.
