The Community updates below are postponed, but you'll still want to get that T-Mobile ID
The biggest thing is the Community will have a brand new look! This includes a smoother and more intuitive UI we're sure you'll love. I had no problems jumping right in to ask a question or post a reply But don't worry, all of your existing conversations and questions aren't going anywhere, so it'll still feel like home. You'll also need to make sure you have a T-Mobile ID to log in.
What to expect
We'll be putting the Community into read-only mode onThursday, May 14 sometime soon so we can migrate everything over to the new systems. Then we've got to test everything and make sure it's all working correctly. Shortly after that, we'll be able to launch the new Community! You may lose some of the badges or missions you've earned, like posting on various holidays, but we'll be working hard to build out missions like that after launch.
Make sure you have a T-Mobile ID!
The new platform only uses the T-Mobile ID for logging in, so you'll want to make sure you get one! If you don't have a T-Mobile ID or your T-Mobile ID uses a different email address or password, follow the steps in Migrate your Community account to T-Mobile ID. Otherwise, you'll need a new login on the new platform.
