Had TM for many years and it just gets worse and worse. We got the home internet a year ago and it's been trash since day one, even after they "updated" it. I've had to put my phone into 4g while at home just to MAYBE get a phone call. 

Am I the only one out there ready to toss TM in the trash can and switch to another carrier?? So frustrating. 

If it doesn't work for you,  and it's where you should have service… time to port.  Either file a support ticket, or if that's gone nowhere, file a BBB ticket- they'll probably help you port
