if i switch my internet service to T-Mobile from spectrum will I have to switch my emails?

Everything I've read is that Tmobile Home Internet doesn't offer email accounts.
More importantly … Spectrum doesn’t keep Spectrum email access / accounts once you have cancelled their service.
Switch to T-Mobile, (i.e. cancelling Spectrum) will cancel your Spectrum email service.
