Hello,
I have the LG Velvet and I am not able to call out nor txt out. Some times I get calls in and text in. The signal will randomly show either 0 bars and then range to the 5g logo
Have network reset, phone is updated to 11
Also had Sim card changed out
Call and txt will not connect
is it happening in numerous areas or mainly in one specific area? and are any other devices running into this as well or just your phone?
Just my phone, wife’s is fine. Does this every where
if the signal keeps dropping on the phone then its gotta be an issue with the phone itself..dropping in and out would end up being the phone or sim card but since the sim has been changed and the only device affected is yours its gotta be a device issue. not location based so points right back at the phone.
