can’t communicate with customer service

I was trying to activate my eSIM card but need customer service to email me the activation code or QR code because I can’t get the notification. How can they email it to me?

This link should help. When I activated my esim for my Pixel 8 I didn't need a QR code.

Sorry it doesn’t help because I didn’t receive the activation code from T-Mobile to set up the eSIM card…they were supposed to send it by notification but my phone won’t accept calls or notifications…that’s why I was asking if they could email me. 


Are you a new user?  If you're close to a store try going there for help.
