I can't receive calls from one specific number (my job). The number IS NOT blocked. It works maybe once a day then it stop working. When someone calls me from the job phone, it will ring and go to voicemail but the message they leave don't get recorded. Have anyone had this issue? If so, how was it fixed? (All other numbers work)

It's an Android.. A52. It will work sometimes but most of the time it won't work. My job thinks their leaving a voicemail but it's not being recorded.. like I said, my phone is ringing through their receiver but I don't get nothing. Not even a miss call
scam shield would block a call and or bypass it right to VM..you might opt to contact TMO either through calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support) and see if there is some weird blocking going on.
main reason i was thinking scam shield or something like it is it reads who the number is for and if its a business it can at times think its a scam call coming in..
