My Samsung Galaxy A11 (purchased from T-Mobile) came with the Sprint Carrier Hub app pre-installed. Am curious as to what this app is for, why a Sprint app is installed on a T-Mobile phone when there is also a Carrier Hub Magenta app for T-Mobile phones and is this app actually necessary? It has only updated once (last year) since the phone was put into service.
