What the Hech is going on with the services especially Internet? Day 2 my whole life at home is Tmobile. TV, Gaming,computer all use my WIFI. Southwest of Tulsa. What’s going on and how long do I have to suffer through this? 

I’m having issues too. I’m outside of Houston. Haven’t had any problems until the hurricane. Now internet is spotty at best and when I call tech support, they say it’s because a 5G tower is down and they are working on it. How many towers are going to fail, T-mobile? I’m looking to see if they’ll do a prorated rate or bill credit because at this point, we’re paying for no service.


I’ve had issues with the wifi since day one in march.. Its gotten much worse with daily outages for varying times. Its been extrememyl frustrating because I work at home via internet. I felt TM was very dishonest in saying I qualified for a free phone, and indeed, I’m credited with a monthly payment. But, I’ll have to pay off a phone i really didn’t want in the first place in order to get out of this awful Tm wifi service. 

Also, I did finally replace the modem after spending hours on the phone with tech; now its even slower and just as many events of no service.
