Hello, the company I work for has an automated system to send an email to XXX-XXX-XXXX@vtext.com or @tmomail.net, or @txt.att.net.
Generally these alerts are received without issue on Verizon and ATT, with at most an hour delay, but it seems like our T Mobile users have delays upwards of 10-12 hours regardless of device.
It is not the worst thing ever as we have a backup company that calls us if we don’t answer an alert, but I wanted to know if anyone has seen this on a large scale? If so, what was done or could be done to try to troubleshoot or minimize this delay.
If it’s as simple as email SMS not being prioritized on the network that is completely fine, I am just trying to come up with an explanation as to where the SMS is sitting after it leaves the Microsoft 365 email environment.
Thank you all so much!
