I have the T-Mobile PrePaid Unlimited Mobile Internet Plan with up to 2GB of 5G & 4G LTE Data. I am using the Franklin T10 Mobile Hotspot. Every 12 days, the network connection disconnects. The WIFI is still working and I can log in to the settings page of the Franklin T10 with a laptop connected via WIFI and I can interact with the Franklin T10. Everything seems fine, except for the LTE network does not have a connection and there is no internet access. I can reconnect to the network and everything is good until, 12 days later, it disconnects again. This happens on a regular basis. I have the Franklin T10 set for “Always On”. Is there some sort of timeout on the T-Mobile side?

I’ve been tracking this for a month and a half and I just figured out the same thing…  It’s quite frustrating.  T-Mobile / Franklin engineers, what’s the solution?
