I am actually on the phone trying to take care of this as I haven’t received anything. They are saying this was never an offer and they don’t see my submission. I clicked on the link sent to me and completed the form. This seems to be some kind of hoax by T-Mobile, which is sad!
I too called too discuss this same issue the so called 200.00 visa had a choice of receiving the card or having it deducted from my billing within 12 weeks of offer has been over that and I am still paying tje total bill. Also when received the new tower discounted one of the towers i and😡 took me almost to months to get the return label that i was told would be emailed to me which never came tell this phone call. Meanwhile they charged me for the 2 months of service on that tower. The agent i spoke to seen and apologies and said i would be credited and she would call me on Monday about the gift cart well its been 10 days now return phone call od credited for the charged months

I signed up for TMO Home Net 11 months ago. I’ve called once before and they said, “the gift card is in process and should be mailed shortly.” That was 4 weeks ago.
Now, here I am, on hold while they, “check the back office.” I don’t think they’ll be holding up their end of the deal.
At this point, I just want to know if they’re going to send the thing or not. If not, that’ll speed up the process of switching BACK to Cox Internet. TMO Home Internet is not that impressive.

I’ve been waiting on mine for four months haven’t seen it… Why tell people to switch over and not fulfill what you promised? I’m very satisfied with the service but lies lies and more lies. Just like society, people tell you what you wanna hear and then you over in the end. Multi Billion dollar company, I failed to take care of the customers. Unbelievable!!
You can always try calling them. They do state 8-12 week processing time from when you set up the line and activate it. I don't know what to tell you Warren
Yes I too got it for switching internet within 8 weeks..
The agent who set up my service in February never told me I had to do the rebate myself. So my sister and myself waited to see if it would come. When it didn't we both called and they put in the rebate on June 19. Mine has been pending since June 19 my sister got her accepted that same day. She got her rebate August 19 I on the other hand am still waiting. When I called to find out what was going on they kept telling it's up to 10 weeks. But if we both did ours on the same day why did hers get accepted and mine is still pending? Why did she receive her rebate and I am still waiting? When I talk with the promotions department they say 10 weeks but when I talk to the other agents they tell me I should've gotten it already. 🤷♀️🤷♀️😡😡😡
