home wifi TRASH FOR A WEEK

I love in Chicago and for the past week my WiFi and even refuse cell service have been TRASH. I work from home so I have missed 2 major deadlines because I can’t even edit, or upload or anything. And it’s like it’s good for a bit. Maybe an hour. But then ever minute the crap shuts down. PLEASE STOP THROTTLING PEOPLES SERVICE. When you can for customer support all they say is “well we do see that there are issues but we have no idea when they will be fixed.” What the hell am I paying for then?! And yes. I’ve reset the stupid box ALMOST 5 TIMES A DAY. I’ve disconnected. I’ve unplugged. I will be canceling and going with another service provider. I pay too much money for this to not work.
