I don’t count my current 50-70kbps as “working”. The hotspot on all my devices is essentially useless. I’m trying to understand whether T-Mobile has implemented a new policy throttling the speed, or if there is an issue with the cell tower near me.  I’d prefer not to flip to Verizon, which has superior and consistent speeds here, but will if service levels don’t improve.

 

I recently implemented the 5G Gateway. For the first 3 weeks it was great. Now, however, it is pure shit. To add insult to injury I cannot even get in touch with T-Mobile support. If anyone has any clue as to how to reach T-Mobile support, preferably via chat, please let me know. Right now I’m ready to through all of our T-Mobile devices in the trash!
