I have beautiful service when I am at home. I work in NYC area and cant get a call out sometimes while I am at work, forget about using the internet. I can walk around all day looking for service. I can’t even run a speed test. This is getting very Frustrating since I rely on my phone heavily for my Job. People next to me with Verizon have no issues at all.
How can I get better service at work?

My question would be what make and model phone are you using? Did it come from T-Mobile or did you bring your own device? Since you use your phone for work, any chance of using the office’s WiFi?
are you in a pretty congested area with tall buildings? large business? more often than not in multi story companies they end up installing signal boosters..but its on that companies I.T department to get that going.

iphone 13 from Tmobile. Unfortunately I work for a power company that will not give out wifi passwords for anything other than company computers and phones for security purposes.

Tall buildings not really the issue. My building is just built like a fortress. I unfortunately have been denied using a repeater by my Job. If I walk a Block in any direction I have perfect service.
