I just got off the phone with Zakia (I might be misspelling her name completely.) She was so kind, patient, understanding, and sympathetic. I don’t leave reviews often but when I feel like the customer service was top tier, I make sure to talk about it. It was truly a pleasure to speak to her and I am grateful for her help today. I just got off the phone with Ricky, who was tremendously helpful resolving a claim-related issue with Assurant. After paying for insurance for over two years without incident, I dropped my phone a couple weeks ago and filed a claim for accidental damage. Assurant denied my claim because I mistakenly filed for the wrong amount of memory (256gb when I actually have 512gb). Further, they said that because of my mistake, I was ineligible for any future claims on my device as a fraud protection measure. Ricky really went to bat for me, asking for other options. He pointed out that I had been paying for insurance on the same device for over two years without incident, as verified by him, and actually I had mistakenly filed for LESS coverage than I was eligible for. He then requested that the Assurant rep escalate the claim. The rep spoke with his escalation team and I was able to get my device replaced for the cost of the deductible. The situation went from awful to perfect with Ricky’s help. I felt valued and supported because of his efforts.

I want to make sure he gets credit for verifying my coverage, sticking with me throughout the call to Assurant, and helping sort things out.

ERIC Ramirez at the Georgetown, TX store was super patient and friendly. I had a HORRIBLE experience trying to switch carriers for four lines through the chat line and call-in center. I was very frustrated when I walked in but he walked me through the process (which took over an hour) and even took my calls after I continued to have issues after leaving the store. This is the kind of customer service sorely lacking in other industries and keeps customers returning. Thanks, Eric, for making an arduous process bearable and even laughable at times. You’re a star!

went to the hixson, tn Store this morning. and want to commend ANTHONY BURNS
who greeted me and then carefully listened to my problem with a samsung tablet.
he clicked around and 15 minutes we had changed some passwords, checked our my taablet by sendeing an email. everything was back working again. Then he said if I had any other problem to let him know. well, it has been working properly now. the think about ANTHONY BURNS was that he seemed to care. a very impressive young man. TMOBILE fortunate to have him as an employee.
This is my first time leaving a review on T-mobile as well as my first time leaving a review for customer support in general. I had been on the phone with Mary B. for 2 hours and 10 minutes and she was able to resolve all the issues that I had. Her professionalism, positivity, and patience made it very easy to handle my situation. I am writing this review in Hawai’i so given the timezone it is over midnight by the time we were finished. If you are seeing this review, I would like to thank you again for the assistance and service that you were able to provide to my mother and I over a phone call.
not happy crappy internet service uninformed customer service
I have visited T-Mobile Spencer Plain Rd & Boston Post Rd in Old Saybrook CT. twice and have been very fortunate to be served by James. He has consistently demonstrated a high level of proficiency in customer service skills. With a blend of patience, empathy, and active listening, James has been able to resolve my cell phone issues effectively and efficiently. He is so amazing and skilled. He has gone above and beyond in assisting me. His attention to detail and dedication to providing a seamless experience make him an exceptional customer service representative. Good job James!”

Kizzy sorted out an issue with my SIM data mistakenly transferring into a new S23. She helped us activate an eSIM on the S23 for the time being and ordered a new SIM card for us. The most patient, excellent service we've had with t mobile. 11/10
I miss Sprint. T-Mobile is a terrible company to have service with. I’ve been a loyal customer for years even after Sprint was bought out, but after my recent experience, I’m seriously reconsidering my options. I had an issue that needed resolving, and the response I received was incredibly disappointing. Not only did they fail to help me with my problem, but it became painfully clear that they don’t actually care about their customers. Instead of providing support, they seemed more interested in collecting money. It’s frustrating to see a company I’ve trusted for so long prioritize profits over customer service. I expected better from T-Mobile, and it’s clear their focus is no longer on keeping their customers happy. I won’t be recommending them to anyone in the future.
I really hope this gets moved up the chain! I bought a new iPhone last week and it was delivered today. I took it, and my older Samsung, to the T-Mobile store at 4911 Township Line Rd, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.
I’m not very tech savvy but had the good fortune to have Anthony as my sales associate. I asked him if he could help me get the new phone set up and transfer the data from the Samsung to the iPhone. He assured me it was no problem and got right to work on it. The whole process took close to 45 minutes. As he worked we had some small talk about dogs and the kind of breed he was interested in. We’re both dog lovers it seems. When he finished transferring the apps, contacts, and photos, he said I was all set. The phone worked perfectly as I left the store. I only had to reconfigure my email account (Outlook) and was all set. Anthony went above and beyond with his skills and customer service. Thanks to T-Mobile and Anthony, I’m totally happy with my new phone.
Hello just wanted to give a good shout out to Mrs. Victoria at T-Mobile. She was very professional n very quick n explained everything to us n Mrs Victoria is so very sweet!!
T-Mobile has changed a lot since they got new employees working in the store!! Way better management n very sweet n professional people!! I don't mind goin to that store now!!
Darrel from T-Mobile IT had amazing customer service and was the only representative to make good on his promise of calling back. I had called 3x and each representative said they would call me back and never did. Darrel really stepped up and helped me with my problem. This guy needs a raise!
I want to commend customer advisor Joy, who helped me so much this morning. She went above and beyond to solve my problem: I couldn't use the automated service to pay, with my UK credit card, for extending my pre-paid service in the U.S. Joy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Great service 10/10!
