Where did you buy the device and was it bought new?

The device was purchased at Americanas S.A. The device was bought new. But it was stolen and when I recovered it, I unlocked it at the authorized APPLE store! When I went to use the chip here in Brazil, the website reports that it is blocked by you, an American telephony. As if it had been stolen there in the USA. This phone never left here.

Is it a Tmobile branded phone? If so the phone was most likely not you.

I'd try contacting the company that sold it to you.

I bought it with a super well-known company here in Brazil!!! I'll send what appears to me...

Tmobile can only lock phone they sell or has been used on their network.
