Please share the list of T-Mobile’s 5G NR ( SA & NSA) as well as  LTE frequency  bands deployed in the USA

Hi, We are planning to develop one IoT product and planning to select T-Mobile as  a 5G and LTE cellular service provider. USA is the first geographical area considered for launching. For IoT product  antenna customization, anyone can help with the details of   T-Mobile’s 5G NR ( SA & NSA) as well as  LTE frequency  bands deployed in the USA .  Regardssg001

No 5G in my area. I was told that there was! Also was mislead about Tmobile refunding my early termination fees. HELP!!! The reception is terrible.

Sad to treat loyal customers this way why would t-mobile merge with a company (Sprint) that did nothing but hurt there name and business

Ridiculous was a loyal Sprint customer with 5 phones on my account for 20 years then the merge happens and my service goes to crap have around 8 hrs spent on the phone talking to people that can barely speak english and takes 45 mins on hold just to talk to them so go in the store  to deal with it and was told the store cant deal with account issues that i had to call !! So if you so under staffed that it takes 45 mins of my time just to talk to someone i cant even understand then why not let the stores handle it its funny they can sell me the $1000 phone but when service went to crap i have to talk to someone thats not even in the same country !! I have a disabled child and dont have hours to sit and wait on hold just to try to explain that after the merge my phone wont work so after 20 years and 8 hrs sitting on the phone with Sprint i switched to ATT and finally have a working phone ! Its sad when a company just makes excuses for there mistakes and treats long loyal customes the way

My cellspot keeps notifying me that it is upgrading its network.  This is very annoying and I can not shut this notification off!  I have called t-mob cust service twice and after a good hour on the phone they say it is my internet carrier.  NOT, as this was happening with my previous internet provider.  Without the wi fi phone, I have very poor reception.  So, is there a solution other than going to Verizen or some other?

Why does my phone keep dropping the internet connection?

I have a V40 ThinQ android phone.  It keeps dropping the internet connection.  I can can get it connected again by turning the airplane mode on and then off again.  It stays connected for a short time and then it drops again.

Top rated worst service ever

I get no service & the cheer gym is where I live. I even pay for a jetpack to have a travel wi-fi.  Why is this the worst Ive ever experienced? This is absolutely unacceptable! Customer of 2 months. How am I suppose to work with a zero signal?  What do I pay for? I see a lot of similar stories w/signal issues. The stress of your failing service that you are causing me is complete bs.

How do I Get To T-Mobile Hot Spot Technical Support Team via Chat?

Hi everyone,I am new to t-mobile - 1 week into having a 5 g unlimited magenta plus supposedly never throttled really unlimited data plan, and a 5g mobile hotspot plan for 50GB of data that should never throttle until after the 50 GB is used.   Is there any way to interact via chat with the specialty mobile hot spot technical team? I have been on hold for 2 and half hours now. The regular tech support stayed on the line and suggested we review the performance on my 5g phone while we waited for a member of the specialty mobile hot spot team to get on the line.We found the same issue on my Samsung galaxy 21 5g plus phone. Download speeds were good, but upload speeds were really bad -  only about 1 to 1.5 mbps. I tested across ookla, cloudflare, mlabs, etc…Same speeds I am getting for the netgear nighthawk mr5100 hot spot.I can see that I am connected to LTE B2 band on the hot spot, but can not see this info on the phone.We tried re-establishing the connection , ensuring that we were using

5G issue

I'm a T-Mobile customer. Recently I purchased (over $1,000) an Apple 13 Pro Max so I could start enjoying 5G. I checked first if my home has 5G coverage (see attached). My address is in Schererville, IN 46375. Will there be improvement to the cell towers near me so I can get better than 1 bar of reception as well as using 5G technology? Thanks.

5G Service Doesnt Work

I unfortunately switched to T-Mobile a little over a month ago. My 5G service hasn’t worked since the day I transferred to T-Mobile. I’ve made multiple complaints, T-Mobile has done nothing to correct the issue. I signed a contract for 5G service - after complaining to a T-Mobile customer service agent, she replied with this “This is not the service that we want you to experience here in T-Mobile and I know you just wanted to get the 5G network as much as possible. Right now, 5G network on your area is not yet fully developed so we highly suggest to use 4G LTE for ten meantime since there is a modernization to your 5G network for better connectivity in the future. We are hoping for your kind udnerstanding.” I AM PAYING FOR 5G SERVICE, NOT 4G!! I was told 5G was available in my area prior to transferring to T-Mobile. This is a breach of contract. T-Mobile is selling services they cannot provide. I highly recommend everyone makes complaints to the FCC, FTC, BBB and your State AG! T-Mobil

Text messaging failure

Wife and I both changed to Tmobile this summer and have new Galaxy S22 (regular and plus). Since the July update, we have been having daily issues with message failures. Often we don't get the failure notice for an hour or more but of we switch to text, the message sends fine. We are both using the Android text app and have used for years without fail. Locations and zips vary as she works an hour away in another city but this happens sitting next to one another. We have tried restarts, with and without wifi calling, are current on all updates and and and. Just fails virtually every message. This seems to only occur between us as kids, friends,  group and work messages all go fine.

Is there a way to find out how long a "tower upgrade" is supposed to take?

I switched to T-mobile on July 28th and I am on the magenta max plan.  I use my phone to tether in order to game.  The first night I had it at my house it worked fine, and then the latency went to unplayable the next evening.  I have been told for more than a month now that this is caused by a tower being upgraded in my area.  I have called T-mobil’s support several times now and they can’t give me any idea when usable service is supposed to be restored(just tried again tonight and the latency spiked to unusable as soon as a boss was pulled), even when escalating me to a “network expert”.  Most of the people I talked to didn’t even seem to know what latency was, much less how to diagnose a problem with it.  Is there some team at the company that I can actually get ahold of that is able to give me real information about the problem?

How can we get help with service?

Nightime my speed drops to 9mps. I cannot stream any TV without buffering. I call tech line they tell me maintenance. Then they say it slows when to many have access. If they can't handle the volume then why keep selling the service. I may have to go back to spectrum if I can't get help. Tech line has been useless.

T-Mobile not working in Switzerland inspite of their assurances I have coverage in a Welcome to Switzrland message.

Was always auto connected to services in Switzerland via my iPhone.  Not this time. T-Mobile wifi works fine but if away from wifi nothing.  On another note, T-Mobile services suck...Please Call Again Later.

magenta max speeds overseas

I am living in Spain for 9 months. Have the Magenta Max plan, first few weeks I had really high speeds for data, now it’s down to super slow. I know they said it’s 5GB high speed for free then down to 256kbps, but it’s suuuuper slow. Two questions.  Will I  receive a new 5GB of high speed in a new billing cycle? Or is it 256kbps for the rest of the way.    Does anyone have experience buying a SIM card overseas for a long time? I am considering it but don’t want to be paying for a Spanish SIM card and Magenta Max at the same time.     Thanks for the help.

Why not just tell people the truth?

How the hell are you people getting away with deceptive service?  I never had a problem with Sprint. The very day the store rep switched out my sim card at the end of May I have had nothing trouble. He lied right off the bat. Said I wouldn’t get another charge from Sprint, I did, plus the charge from Tmobile. Said I would have coverage in Alaska, another lie. I have had months worth of calls going straight to voice mail, never ringing. I, literally have my phone in my hand and the voice mail notification pops up at the top of my phone. No less than 50 calls to 611 and no one has the same fix. Let’s change the settings, no the settings are fine, we are having problems with the tower, no problems with the tower. I will overnight a new sims card to you and will call you tomorrow at 5. Not overnighted and no phone call.  Yes your phone is compatible, let’s change the settings. New plot twist, I have the POLICE knocking on my door to do a welfare check.  I have cancer and not well and my fr

WhatsApp calls

My plan includes unlimited data (and messaging) out of the country. I called T-Mobile to ask a couple of questions about using the phone while out of the country, and the Tech Support agent told me not to make WhatsApp (or Facetime) calls because they count as calls and are charged at the rate of $0.25/min. I argues that WhatsApp calls consume data, not voice minutes, but he still said I will be charged if I make WhatsApp calls if not connected to wifi. Is he right?

MATE 10 CAN'T CONNECT 4G DATA ?

Starting two weeks ago, my MATE 10 can't connect to the 4G data service. Only the speed of "E" is displayed. I wonder if it's t-mobile barrier this phone, or if this phone is too old to use?Thank you!
