Fraudulent charges on contract T-Mobile voided

I have had Magenta Max since Dec 2022The service stopped working in May 2024. I stopped getting my unlimited data and cell service.I reported loss of service and did multiple rounds of technical support from mid May to June to fix it. They did not. I didn't have service for almost a month when i stopped Autopay in June  and announced suspension of my account because I wasn't getting service.Customer service has been despicable since then.I submitted dozens of attachment proofs to customer service and customer service refused to acknowledge any of evidence taken from May to July. They insisted I owed them money for May-JulyI notified the company that they have voided the contract and I asked for my phone to be unlocked. I haven't had phone service since May, I NEED to find a legitimate phone carrier.T-Mobile has continued to charge me for June and July despite not having Magenta Max for over 2 monthes. I haven't had unlimited data or cell service since May and they cut off my amenities

can the new access point be hard wired?

just wondering if it can be hard wired and work. right now my best signal comes at the front of the house which is fine but i have the access point at the back of the house and has a poor signal so cameras and remote for garage work so so.has anyone tried this ?thanks !

Reported Apple watch lost and T-mobile has now disconnected service to my phone. Without a chat option for customer service, I am now unable to contact anyone to have this fixed.

Dropped calls at home when land line is answered

When I am using my phone at home, my calls are dropped when someone answers, and then hangs up from the land line.  Don’t know what company the house phone uses.

Will turning on hotspot while on wifi increase my bill?

I'm wondering since I don't pay for hotspot data. If my phone is connected to a wifi network and I turn on my hotspot to forward the connection to another device, will I be charged extra on my account for hotspot data and get a bigger bill?

any motorola

All not good for network cuz Deaf & Hard of Hearing use phone almost everything video face talk, sign language, and must v subtitle CC read word for meet whatever leave message none showing up. Also we use our gps and use for bus app, Uber and Lyft it important for getting to places. Moto G 5G suck hate the phone it wired none like no other phones.

Dead zone near clifton commons, NJ 07014

I have complained to Tmobile that around 5/6 months ago that near Clifton Common, NJ 07014 area, there is a dead zone. It was great before that time, customer service had indicated that are working on cell tower so it will be fixed soon. Same condition after 6 months. Replaced sim card, bought 5g brand new phone and same issue.  All other people also indicated that Tmobile service in that part is really bad.  40.827, -74137 to be precious in geo-location.location

Loss of Signal

Have had no problem with Internet and WiFi for over a year.  Have not moved the tower and it is in the recommended placement. In the last week, we have had little to no signal with constant buffering, taking forever for page to load including time outs. is there a nationwide or area wide problem with T-Mobile?  We are in South Texas.

Ethernet not working for ZYXEL

I have an ethernet amplifier called ZYXEL that I plugged into the Gateway ethernet port, trying to get internet to my metal garage building. I cant get past the red light on the Zyxel unit. Any ideas??  I have rebooted all units several times with no changes.

I purchased Jextream and want to use it in Spain - does it work there?

I will be traveling to Spain and in the past all of the tmobile hotspots worked without problem.  However, when Tmobile introduced the T10 devices they no longer worked when traveling in EU so I’m trying to get good info on if the Jextream will work.

There are two passwords on my home network, one is the t-mobile router, which gives the Wifi Key, and the other is the original Google Nest Wifi in my home. I am confused now, how to combine the two together to form a wifi password? Since both show up in my phone Wlan, I don't know how to get it right? Please advise

Iphone hotspot not connecting

I signed up for unlimited data and a personal hotspot with T- mobile for my Iphone11, for a second home that has no internet.  I would use it only about 8 days a month to stream TV on a single device. So far it has connected 1 of 10 times after multiple trials.  My son has Verizon hotspot and an Android phone and can connect instantly every single time, exact same location.   Why won’t it connect?

Managed network and enterprise messaging on a Consumer Account

I have an account 13 days old on days 3 with the account 3 things happens simoltainusly 1 My primary account Holder label disapeard  2  five  managerd  add ons became available to me and they  all seem business related inclouding enterprise messaging that tells you in details that your employer needs to enable it for it to work and 3 a managed network which means only one thing that someone came remotely access my device without authorization or consent when I call them they had the audacity to say that those features are standard  with a consumer acount

Does T-Mobile KVD21 Gateway/Router work in India?

I would like to know/check the below before purchasing a T-Mobile KVD21 Router:Does T-Mobile KVD21 work like a normal Wi-Fi Router (without Internet connection) without a SIM Card? Is T-mobile SIM Card supported in India? Does T- mobile Power adapter plug into Indian sockets?
