stalled data repeatedly since merger

-Internet throughput stalls to near zero SEVERAL times a day. -Temporary fix is toggling airplane mode off and on. (Data will then flow until phone then is left idle for some minutes - MERE MINUTES - have to then repeat the process if not on wifi). -Convinced it happened after merger. -Happens across country (sadly, have multiple lines with this company .. all using different device brands). -T-Mobile should come out and ACKNOWLEDGE the problem and give estimates as to a fix (because I’m ready to take my service anywhere else).

WiFi calling doesn't work in specific WiFi

I have WiFi calling activated, and it works just fine, but when I am at my office it doesn’t work. I don’t know if its the WiFi configuration or what, but I really need help since in my office i have bad cellular signal and can’t get calls and txt msg.

Text messages not sending or receiving with full connection

Since Friday my phone fails to send or receive texts consistently.  I keep restarting and it doesn’t work. Full bars or service.

I’ve been notified that my Galaxy A920F/DS will no longer be supported after the 3g shutdown.  Trying to find out if a Galaxy A528B/DS (model A52S) will continue to work.

Call and txt will not connect

Hello, I have the LG Velvet and I am not able to call out nor txt out. Some times I get calls in and text in. The signal will randomly show either 0 bars and then range to the 5g logo Have network reset, phone is updated to 11Also had Sim card changed out

My Work's Website Doesn't Resolve Over T-Mobile's Network

I’m unable to load one of my work’s domains when using my T-Mobile prepaid phone or hotspot (through a MVNO that uses T-Mobile’s network). Every other website I tried loads fine. For reference, the site that I can’t load is https://reports.cyntrx.net/I don’t have any issues loading the site through my home (Spectrum) or office’s ISP (also Spectrum) or through my main phone (Verizon Wireless).I believe a ticket may have to be opened with the appropriate networking or systems team for this problem, since something on T-Mobile’s side appears to be preventing the connection.Navigating to it should load a login page, but the connection just times out.

all phone dont make calls and customer service 1 hoir wait to answer.

This is not the first time. All phones won’t make calls for hours and on top of that if u call T-Mobile they have a hour or more wait to answer you. This more then the other person on the other line dames to be out of the country they really don’t understand and the Frustration kicks in. I’m done. Looking for a better service.

My phone acts like its hit and miss, mostly miss. it seems my phone only works when on my home wifi. the 5G works ok where there is 5G, and sometimes the 5G doesn't do anything?!

SIM card cannot connect to Hong Kong Network operators while roaming

Hello all,I am with the T-Mobile One Plus plan, and I am using a OnePlus 6T phone(unlocked) bought from T-Mobile. I am currently travelling in Hong Kong and my phone has been able to roam with 4G LTE data and recieving text messages from US. In the last couple of days, my phone hasn’t be able to register to any of the following local network providers:CSL 3 China Mobile HK SmarTone HKThe phone is currently in the emergency only state, and I ensure I am not in airplane mode.I have attempted the following to troubleshoot:Turned phone on & off), and same issue persist. Put my T-Mobile SIM card to another phone (Samsung A32), and same issue persist. Put a local 3 mobile sim card to my OnePlus 6T(unlocked), and was able to called to local 3 mobile 4G network. Booted OnePlus 6T(unlocked) into safe mode, and same issue persist. Turned off Automatically choose preferred network, and I tried to connect OnePlus 6T(unlocked) manually to each available local network provider, and I got error “

Wrong caller ID

I originally got the number from Verizon but then changed to Tmobile. Ive had it for 5-6 years and people calling me say some church is listed as the caller ID. I dont go to church. Maybe I should.How do I get my ID correct? Im missing calls because of it.

doorbell

I have a ADT doorbell and I have been trying to get it to capture and record live feeds when there is motion at the door and some one ring the doorbell. It will notify me when there is motion and it rings but it will not record. I’ve had two technicians to come out and the camera inside will record but the doorbell won’t, CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP, I’ve been without the recordings since 12/16/202, and it was working prior to getting TMOBILE, had another carrier, it worked fine until it switch.

Data Speed Drop

As of 1/21/2022, average data speed for my T-Mobile Home Internet has dropped by over half (from an average of 375Mb/s to 150Mb/s). Any ideas, or comments as to why this has happened? Is it just temporary? Thanks!

Hotspot and Canada/Mexico Data Usage with upcoming end of 3G & 2G

As an Essentials customer, I’m entitled to a 3G Hotspot and 2G data coverage in Canada & Mexico.  My understanding is that T-Mobile (and the other phone carriers) will be shutting down their 2G and 3G networks during 2022.After the 2G & 3G networks are shut down, will my Hotspot coverage be upgraded to 4G (LTE)?  How will data usage in Canada and Mexico be handled?

Would adding another router to my grey gateway solve a port forwarding issue?

I have a SynchroBit hotspot connected via ethernet cable to my gateway. It is now stuck in relay mode after working fine for 5 days or so. I need to have port forwarding available but have not been successful as of yet. Have not been able to find any help online and TMobil support says it is not available on their gateway. Im not sure if adding another wireless router would solve my problem or not. The Geek Squad at Best Buy said no……! Hoping for some tech savvy help on this….TIA

e-mail to SMS not working from a single server

I am able to successfully send e-mail to SMS from several of my e-mail accounts, save one.  Messages are not blocked, at least according to Barracuda Networks SMTP server, which consistently returns “status=sent (250 OK (Allowed))”.  The message simply vanishes, never to arrive (even after weeks), without even a notification of non-delivery. I have had issues with T-Mobile e-mail to SMS intermittently for years, but this is the first perpetual total loss of messages without any indication why.  The problem is easily reproducible; it happens every time. I have tried prepending a “1” and a “+1” to the address, as in                +1<T-Mobile-USA-number>@tmomail.netbut neither makes any difference.  Has anyone had this problem and, if so, how did you solve it? Thanks very much in advance.

MMS fine; SMS stopped entirely [SOLVED]

I already solved this problem; just writing it down because I couldn't find anyone else who had it.I'm using T-Mobile (LTE, not 5G) in the US on a Fairphone 3, which is a European model of phone. (I'm not sure it's relevant; I'm including it because it might be.) At some point after I started using the service, I was entirely unable to send SMS messages, but could send MMS, so I could send group text messages and texts with attachments, just not one-on-one texts. (I could receive SMS messages just fine.) I worked around this problem by attaching an image that was a blank white rectangle, and explaining what I was doing, when not using alternate chat applications.Then I poked through my settings for a bit and discovered that I had left VoLTE disabled (to fix a problem I can't remember the nature of anymore, except that I remember it working). I re-enabled it, and then the next time I tried to send an SMS message as a test, my messaging app (Signal) made a request to send the message, wh

New Phone Only Connects to H+

Hi, I recently changed phones and I have only been able to connect to H+ data. The new phone is a Nord N10 5G and it was purchased unlocked from the Oneplus store. When we switched, we simply took the sim card from the old phone and inserted to the new phone. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips from the webpage but have been unable to fix the issue (restarting, turning on/off airplane and data, resetting APN to default, etc). What could be causing the issue and how can we fix it?

Face Time coverage overseas

Does my Magenta plan cover using Face Time overseas, specifically Turkey and Romania? I would be the one initiating the call to one of those two countries.  The person being called reported he/she had trouble connecting to another meeting platform.   I do NOT want to make the call if there is any chance I would be charged for it.  Thanks in advance, anyone out there who knows.  I could not find the answer to my satisfaction on the T Mobile website.
