Why can’t I use home internet at my vacation home
only told I can use it at billing address

It's a new requirement and it's now can only be used at one location.
I just signed up yesterday for him internet. My service is good then it says weak. Is there something else I need to get to get better signals or to boost my streaming services Thankyou
