My gateway says I have good signal strength (3bars), but I haven’t been able to access internet for 8 hours now. 2 TV’s, Desktop, and 2 Iphones all have no signal. This has been happening two or three times a month now and it is getting very frustrating. I hate to go back to cable but maybe for internet only wouldn’t be too bad. It looks like I’m not the only one having issues either. What is everybody else handling this?

Yeah at this point its been 72 hours and my only option appears to be switching providers. Really sucks but this company has 0 customer support
