Has anyone else been having trouble with their home Internet service just dropping its signal strength recently? I haven't had any kind of actual issue since I got the service, but now I can't get anything above a weak connection and my smart TV can't even connect in general.

I have had the same issue where connection is very little to not at all and I can't get above three bars when I first got it was great now I'm starting to regret getting it


YES!!!! I had no issues at first, but the past 2 weeks has been horribly ridiculous! It drops connection, buffers and also will say 'connected without internet'. What exactly is that? I called customer service who said that is a Tech Support issue, well fine, then Tech says that is the Engineering Dept., they need a few days to investigate. Investigate? Why am I paying for 5G then? Customer Support & Tech had both said that this was a reported issue, so what is going on here? I received a $15 credit but how does that equal 2 weeks of this? Do yourself a favor and when they say to go to 'Speedtest.net' and check, take screenshots! I was told it should register at no lower than 72 mbps but I am getting 22 mbps and tonight was 7.51 then 2.38 mbps! Wow! No t.v.'s and can't even get on websites on our phones. It took me almost 10 minutes just to get to this page. I wonder how long it will take to post now. Good luck everyone. We apparently need it!


Last 2 weeks been weak or no signal on home internet. I unplug the gateway which sometimes fixes the issue but not always. I’ve had over a year and it’s been great. Not sure what’s happening. Seems like a nationwide issue.
