It is very frustrating to speak to the folks in the Phillipines when one has an issue. They are polite and trying to help, but the language and cultural differences make things very frustrating. Did I mention frustrating?? It is impossible to get any straight answers, and also there doesn’t seem to be a way to communicate directly with T-Mobile, which is why I am trying here. Please let me know if there is another way...
Is there any way to speak with an actual english speaking help desk?

Not likely. TMobile just sacked most of its US based support staff

It's pretty much a guarantee to get someone on the east coast if you call in at 7AM Eastern Time.
Our T-Force teams are US based reps and you can reach them by direct messaging us on our Facebook and Twitter pages linked at the bottom of this page.
