As of Thursday, my kids apple watches have not been able to make phone calls and when attempting to text we get a message saying: Free Msg: Unable to send message, blocking is active. I’ve spent over 12 hours on the line with various customer service and tech people at T-mobile with no success, so essentially these are basically bricks, because the ENTIRE reason we bought these watches was so our kids could call us in an emergency. 

We have:
updated with new sims
updated software
reset network connections
checked to make sure no blocking is enabled
disabled all screentime/downtime/schooltime blocks
updated phone software
reinstalled watch app
says cellular is not connected

And… nothing. I am so beyone frustrated. Has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it? One of the watches is a year old and worked until Thursday, the other is brand new as of Thursday. We have a Magenta plan. 
 

 

1 brand new as of Thursday and the other not new but both went out on the day they added the second watch? gotta be a mix up within the account itself then.
