Line Suspended for no reason!!

My line was suspended by T-Mobile and I can’t make or receive any calls. When I try and place a call it connects me to T-Mobile’s payment line but I owe nothing right now. Using data over cell service is extremely difficult if it’s working at all. When I look at my account history it says to link an MSISDN. I’ve called customer service and they say they see nothing wrong with my account, and took me through some troubleshooting steps which did not work. Will switching to an eSIM fix this problem?? Please help :(

will switching to a esim help? if your currently having a sim issue sure it’ll fix it..or a new sim card itself..if thats what the issue is.
