Line Suspended for no reason-Tmobile sees nothing wrong

My account shows that t-mobile suspended my line on the 10th, and whenever I talk to someone at t-mobile about it they say they see nothing wrong with my account. I cannot receive calls and when I try to make calls it connects me with the t-mobile payment line even though I don’t owe any money. My account history also shows “Link MSISDN”. I have tried all the troubleshooting options they told me to try over the phone. Will switching to an eSIM fix this problem?? Please help :(
