Is anyone else having trouble redeeming the MLB subscription today. I hit redeem and it does nothing for the past hour but say its in progress.
I initially had a similar problem, but found out I had Javascript turned off on my browser. Once turned on, everything went well.
installed it just a little while ago with no issues
It finally let me redeem it a few minutes ago. I guess it was something with my internet or tmobile was down at the time this morning..
I left it on all night. Nothing. Tried for 30 minutes this morning. Nothing

cleared cache and trying again
No change. Still on Your redemption is in progress…
try using a different method to redeem the code. try redeeming it using the T-Mobile online site. log into your account and see if you can get it accomplished that way.
