No internet service

I’m certainly sorry I’m not alone as others seem to have the same problems as me.

I have had T-Mobile internet for less than 30 days and when it was first installed I had some problems with buffering tv. But after the 15 day trial time, it started buffering constantly and the internet would also drop constantly. I called 3 different times and they said they were working on my tower near me and didn’t know how long it would take and that’s why I was having problems. That to me was not an answer and since those 3 calls the internet stopped working completely for the last 5 days, which means I have no internet, tv, security cameras, etc.  I’m paying for something I cannot use, so I cancelled today and went with another provider. I have never been so unhappy with a company, their promises of good internet speed, when that hasn’t happened at all, and their customer service reps were very nice but certainly couldn’t fix the problem. I would recommend if you’re reading this, never go with T-Mobile Internet, it’s not what they promised.

Sadly, that’s a typical ‘go-to’ for many issues without T-Mobile actually filing a ticket for engineers or follow up.  In some cases, it is correct.  In many … that’s the customer service not wanting to diagnose the real issue.

Key items:  “working on a tower near me and didn’t know how long it would take”.    Towers cover hundreds, sometimes thousands of people.    Working on isn’t an ‘outage’ (would have poor signal), and they’d certainly have an ETA if it was an outage, which wouldn’t be 5 days, unless it was a natural disaster (fire/flood/tornado).

The biggest issue… T-Mobile doesn’t “promise” anything, but advertise service as if it were golden everywhere.
