We just updated our galaxy s21 5g phones a few days ago with the Tmobile carrier update and since then any time we make a phone call, the other person says we keep cutting in and out. Very frustrating when you can't even make a phone call on a cell Phone! Anyone else having this issue after the update?
I have an issue with not getting incoming calls, sometimes it will go to voice mail other times nothing, there is no indication that there was a call, I can make calls and the texts are fine. TMo says Samsung is the cause and Samsung is no help. My S-21 5G is 14 months old. This is not right that nobody will take responsibility for this issue.

Carriers do not develop or test updates! All updates are compiled by Samsung or the OEM for their devices. T-Mobile and other carriers contribute carrier aggregation settings, radio tuning optimizations, and updated bloatware on occasion. Samsung as well as just about every other OEM, including Apple, have been severely slacking when it comes to update testing and quality control.
