Why is the service so bad when t mobile says it’s great?

What makes you think that your experience is the reflection of every other T-Mobile customer? Personally, my service has been great. Even in rural southern West Virginia, the service offered by T-Mobile is slowly getting better.
What device are you using and did you purchase it from T-Mobile? Are you in a major city or very rural or tree heavy area?
Recently contacted service to ask about exchanging modem and about dropped signal. The reply was that new service was not available at my address. I have had tmobile internet for 3 years. What gives?

I’ve seen the T-Mobile 4G LTE home internet available (and tested it), then T-Mobile 5G home internet (available, tried it) … then ‘Not available’, then got it over the Xmas promo through a local store, and now I actually receive junk mail with my name trying to sell me on … T-Mobile home internet, when I already have it.
