I live in Bullhead City AZ and my service has been especially horrible this week. Has anyone else experienced T-Mobile service being especially bad outside of Las Vegas area to Lake Havasu? I had important phone calls missed today, unable to send texts as well. How do I report outages or no service on the App? Definitely can't call to report. And it's not obvious on the app to report service issues. We were actually talking about getting a landline, something I haven't had in over a decade and a half! I had better service with Sprint. Since moving to T-Mobile our service degraded, even with the cellspot. This can't keep happening.
