Sos only -no wifi access as well - Downtown Savannah Area- anyone else ha?ving this issue?

About an hour ago my phone went totally into sos mode. No wifi access either. I cant call t-mobile as I have no other phone with me and I cant leave my houe because I have a broken ankle. Has this happened to anyone else?  Sos signal. cant call anyone and no wifi access? Is there a tower down or something or is it a phone issue? Ive done all the things I know to do as far as resetting my network settings and all of that. But why is it blocking my wifi access as well?
